Did some crevice sniping at the brigde on hwy 67 from Glen Rose, Tx
to Cleburne. Brought home 2 1/2 gallons of concentrate to be worked
at my residence. The color is very fine and I don't think I will quit
my day job just yet. But it does prove that gold is where you find it.

It seems that gold is showing up all over Texas now. The Brazos is even closer for me and I had given some thought to checking it out on a quick camping trip.
I checked some local creeks one day and found what I thought could have been silver but it was so little I didn't give any thought however there are some larger rivers/creeks around me I will have to check out now.

I am building a blue bowl set-up to separate the fine flour from
the black sand and then I will be able to send pictures.
