Yellow legged frogs and Yosemite toad?s update

Here we are one year later, and everything the lying POS's said wouldn't happen that we said would is coming to fruition! Now what? Do we wait until the roads to our claims are gated off? Do we keep paying fees and taxes on land we can't access or use? What is our recourse? Any possibilities or ideas for filing injunctions to stop any of this?
Seems like yesterday we were sitting in their dog and pony shows, with law enforcement standing by in case of civil unrest from us unruly citizens, listening to the Mucky muks spew their BS of how we all needed to calm down as we had it wrong and were exagerating the effects of what was to come, as they politely asked us to remove the posters showing pictures of the road closures already in effect due to the Mountain Yellow Legged Frog, the same closures they said didn't exist and would never happen in the future!

People do not have a clue as to what is happening. We know, ranchers know, and loggers know because we have an economic stake in it. But the fact is the largest majority of the folks this crap will effect- the everyday outdoor enthusiast doesn't have a clue, and won't until it's too late! Try it, ask ten people you know or work with if they ever heard of the Mountain Yellow Legged Frog or the Yosemite Toad. "Remember when we use to be able to camp down by the river there? That was so much fun, I sure hope the KOA has a heated pool!" AAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

All the legal, peaceful activism to put a stop to this travesty based on bunk science did nothing to stop US. Fish and Wildlife from closing more roads, shutting the public out of public lands, killing the local economy. It seems they are totally at odds with the public wishes. Implementing their mandate despite peaceful opposition and loads of scientific studies that disproves that man is the cause of the demise of these frogs and toads. There has to be a bigger picture here. The thing is, whose mandate is it really? Who or what group is using the US. F & W to shutdown all the public land access and control private property rights??? Of course the enviro wackos are for it all and push for it. But this is happening everywhere, and it seems too large and insidious. Using animal species to also stop private landowners from utilizing their lands for activities they have always done. Making them apply and pay for permits so their activities can be monitored and controlled. All in the name of a butterfly or frog or name a species, any species that allows the US. Fish and Wildlife to control what you do on your land. Wake up America they are taking it all from us.

And if your surprised at how this has been handeled just think of all the other things/ issues our gubemint socalled "representatives" pull off in the name of our benefit!all at our expense (taxs)!! we are loseing our rights while we sleep or we are to busy watching tv and don't want to bother keeping abreast of issues in our own state! this is EZ for these wacvoenviromentalists to keep it going , because they know we aren't listening or doing anything about it! If you don't fight for it , you don't desearve it!
