You can probably find the video on youtube if you type in the title. Lack of needed memory or something else on your computer is probably the problem(?).

Re booting the computer and/or un power/re power the cable router solves some problems....maybe yours(?).

Try searching "HurtHawks" channel on the Youtube search bar. First one to pop up then go to his videos. Might work directly through youtube...
