Employment Opportunities in Gold Prospecting?

Hello,

Just a random thought/question.... I'm currently unemployed and looking for work. I'm curious if anyone in the US has any employment opportunities for a season (or longer) relating to gold prospecting? Willing to travel. PM me with any inquiries..... I have ideas.

Do you have any qualifications, education, training or experience in the mining field? Or at least something that will cross over?

We are hiring entry level mine hands, work 14 days a month and live in gold country to prospect in your time off. There's decent money to be made in mining but the majority of it is from big operators. The nice thing is many of these big operators pay well and you are scheduled with the big chunks of time off to spend the money you just made prospecting for a couple grams haha.
