I returned a Stainless Steel Spinner wedding band to it's owner so I don't have it any more. It is back in (or should I say on) it's owners hand and this is the letter I received today. This has got to be the best hobby in the world. HH Mike
You got $100 for a $20 ring.....why cant I be that lucky. Remember what I said when you found it "Its not worth anything, but its worth something to someone. More than I ever imagined.
The value is not what it's made of but what it stands for between two people. well done bigmike you received your just reward from a very grateful couple and gave our hobby a big boost.
They must have really loved that ring. I've received much less for finding a gold and diamond ring. It's always good to help out. Glad you made their day. Rick
its not always the the material its made of that sets a items worth to another. somethings are "priceless" to certain folks that are basically worthless to most folks.
See Mike......the world still has some very nice people
in it that do appreciate kindness and reward it handsomely.
You deserve the reward...congratulations. Gold Nuggets

I could not have said it better myself and I couldn't have found it for nicer people. He said he lost it about a year ago and hoped someone would find it and he was right. I was surprised with the amount of the reward also but i guess you are also right (somethings are "priceless" to certain folks) and there aren't a lot of things more sacred then the bond that a wedding ring represents. Thanks for all the wonderful comments
