I hit a park close by at lunch today. I've never been to this one before, but I noticed on the old views that it was a farm at one time. The area around what use to be the house looked like virgin dirt so I started there. First good deep signal turned out to be the Merc. Next came the silver Communion pendant and then just one wheat, a '45. Had to get back to work after an hour of swinging, but I'm hoping to get back asap.

ARGH!!! You're catching up to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MUST GET OUT AND HUNT!!!!!

Hopefully saturday we can go someplace that actually has some silver... for MEEEEEEEEEE!

Congrats on some great finds. I've hit that park, but didn't research it to know there was an old farm site there. Grant it, it was back in the day when I had the ACE 250 and was only Tot-Lotting it, but it's all yours... fair and square... even though it's closer to my work than yours ;-P

I thought you found a gold coin or something, man. Don't do that to me!!!

Besides, if you did title the post, "I found a merc", then yes, I would read it! We all love gorgeous mercs!

Nice finds!
