OK, let's not get all technical here. It's a cook out not a banquet!!! I can't just give away my special recipe, it has been in our family for billions of years. Oh wait that it's kind of a long time

BTW, I did not go to cooking school, all I know is that when the food is done I eat it!! You want spices, Bite on a Hot pepper!!!

Is this close to you recipe

try this:

1-1/3 cups lemon juice
1-1/3 cups extra virgin olive oil
1-1/2 cups jalapeno peppers, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
6 lbs Flank steak

Combine lemon juice, olive oil, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, pepper and salt; cover and refrigerate 1 cup marinade. Pour remaining marinade over steaks. Cover and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.

Grill steaks to desired doneness; turning once and brushing with reserved marinade occasionally. Carve steaks across the grain into thin slices; keep hot.
