Please help identify makers mark on silver bracelet looks Middle Eastern

I have searched and searched many sites to try and identify the maker of this silver bracelet for my mom. The bracelet is 1.5 inches wide and the rectangles are encrusted with black and blue stones or glass. Tried the 925-1000 forum and posts keeps getting deleted cuz I guess Hitler runs that site. My husband reads arabic. he believes it is persian. He can't make out the writing to well(it's upside down) He thinks one part of it translates into "slave of". It could be religous being that a common staying is "slave of Allah" but we really were not sure of any other part of it. Hope that helps.

"You have a bracelete made from natural pieces of turquoise that are collected together and bound with a natural vegetarian paste. The one hallmark can be read as MESH-Hed which is a city in Iran. This is an Iranian piece.

Well one clue is to turn the pic bottom to top.
