KGC Castles in Texas

Does anyone know of the 32 KGC Castles that were located in Texas?

I know there was one in La Grange, Castroville, and San Antonio. I was trying to find where the other ones may have been located.

Two others were located at Marshall and Canton, Texas. There was also one at Brownwood but it didn't become really active until many years after the War ended.
