Hello, I'm not sure if I replied to you before. I didn't get an email and just noticed your PM - my apologies. If you have more questions just email me [email protected]
First, I'm in NĂĽrnberg (sure you have heard of it ;-) Know the rock group Rammstein, didn't realize there was a city (so many cities and such end with "stein" - is it a toast to Albert? ;-)
The V3i was a great machine for me but I couldn't get depth with it in 3 freq. First, what does ground probe say regarding your soil? The % and VDI readings are important. From my findings (and others) if you have iron mineralization you won't get depth in 3 freq and single freq is not much better but is better. I'm a coin hunter but for relics I would try mixed mode for depth for sure.
Take care,
Albert
