Near retirement, I am planning to get around the USA looking for Gold and Rocks. I favor the gold counties in Northern California, but would love to winter in Arizona locations. For me, it is not so much about getting a lot of gold, but more about getting out there, having things that are FUN and not on a computer. Having spent my working career on computers, I would like to only use them as a communication and learning tool as I retire in the next 5 or so years.
