Detecting on Alki beach... Legal?

Hi, yes im pretty sure you can detect alki and luna. i havent been over to the west side "YET" havent had a reason too really. any part of alki point that can be detected has been, hard to i might add. but never asume that a perticular site is"hunted out". i keep going back to old suposedly hammerd and pick clean and yes they mabe not as perductive as they were but i allways walk away with somthing............even if its trash :D


mabe ill get over that way this weekend. just look for a big ugly guy with a black ballcap and black machine ;)

This is true for beach hunting for sure. This beach is hit hard and heavy on a daily basis and still I manage to come home with some goodies every time ( I go there several times a week). See my other post in the today's finds for Sundays and Tuesday's results.
