Water hunt with my Garrett Ace 350?

Hey Hey,

I am thinking about heading out to a spot on a small river next to an old home site. I know you can get the coil wet, but not the unit. I'm thinking about bringing a bucket and my gold panning classifier. I think I'll just scoop the material I dig into the bucket and the find will be on the top.

Any tips for water hunting?
