Faint but repeatable signal in the high 70's to low 80's on the VDI. Knew it was pretty deep and was expecting a penny/dime. Nope! It was a BB and it was @ 10".
Up to that point, I was a bit skeptical if I was leaving coins behind or not. All doubt has been erased!
MXT Pro w/D2 WOW!

Yep, those kinds of things happen when you take The time to learn your machine.

As far as depth goes I can find coins as deep as the V3i or the E-trac, the D2 coil is awesome on the MXT so try that one if you don't have it already. HH

I've had my MXT pro a couple weeks, it's amazing, I'd bet it can keep up with anything out there. I only have the 6x10DD so far, but have a 10" D2 on the way. Found lots of great targets in "hunted out" areas so far, gold ring, 6 silver dimes, 2 silver quarters, 7 silver rings, many tiny bullets, 2 cap guns from 1950's etc etc. It's one great detector and I love the analog knobs to make easy and fast adjustments.

A BB at 10" is pretty impressive find!
