Need Help Locating a Book

I have searched high and low for a copy of a book/pamphlet called Treasure Lead Generation. It was published by Helm Associates, Austin, TX--in 1986--and was 63 pages long. Does anyone have a copy to sell. Apparently the book is out of print, so I'd even be willing to pay someone a reasonable amount to make me a xerox copy of their copy (since it's out of print, I don't think doing that would be considered a copyright infringement).

Would appreciate any help, referrals, etc.
