Hi guys,

Its bin a while since I have bin on here and posted any thing good, but today I got out and did a quick hunt and found this rock that lit my detector up. so I brought it home and tried to clean it up to see what it was but am having problems ideing it. I am going to post some pictures of it. I hit it with a torch because it is shinny and heavy as well for its size.

I do a lot of hunting in a nearby campground.

I find lots of melted metal due to things thrown into the fire pits.

If it is heavy enough, I would chalk it up to lead, but unless it is gold, I wouldn't worry about it.

Try writing on paper with it if you need an ID, maybe that would be a clue.
