Just about any detector company can get you one if they are available for your brand. Check with our supporting vendors here on Tnet or go to E-bay.

I've checked a lot of web sites and found lower shafts but I need extra length.

I know Whites offers them. Check the diameter as they may fit your equipment.

For which detector are you needing a longer shaft? There is only one size shaft from minelab for your Sovereign, but there are aftermarket long shafts for the GPX which would fit the Sovereign....

As for the Tesoro, I'm not sure about it...

I finally had a few minutes to look at the product lists....

Teknetics makes a 20" and a 26.5" lower rod.

As for Minelab and the X-Terra 705, all they have is a standard length and a short lower (for kids). No longer ones from them.

Anderson has a 24" lower, that they advertise as available for Whites, Fisher, Tesoro and Excalibur... maybe one of those will fit? I'm not familiar with their products except to know people that use them seem to like them.

Hope that helps!
