MM Buck & Co. ST Louis Rail Road Lock Found

Hello All,
Posted this a week or so and didn't have a single response. Hoping that someone knows something about this lock and can help date it. On the locking mechanism are the initials T C CO which we believe to mean Tennessee Chattanooga Company. This lock was found on an old farm in Epworth, GA which is located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.

Thanks in advance for any info you might have.
