Anyone ever use this stuff to cover the bottom of your coil?

I talked to Rusty Henry at Tesoro today and he said it sounds like a good product to use and will not void the warranty...

Just my thoughts.. Seems like if there is a coil cover I would much rather use it.. The spray I bet in no time will chip and scratch off dragging it for a few hrs in the rocks , grass, tree roots and dirt. Coil covers are rather tough and work trouble free for years

I always default to the proper cover. They are exchangeable should they become damaged.

yup...I have used it...works great and nothing gets trapped in it.also it should be liberally sprayed around the cable/coil connection for additional waterproofing. No depth changes.
