First time out still a ton of snow like 6-12 in fields yards.... But if you live in the northeast and they salt the roads to kill yur truck the roads and sidewalks in town were thawed well if you were within the only eighteen inches of grass showing made it easy to decide where to put the coil though so on goes the dinger. First dig of the year solid 78 both ways 3" sweet only five feet into the year probably a clad dime but were diggin so the dirt overturned a little shake and there it was a big chunkin piece of brass for a water connection lol clad dime my a.. But I did hit a first about an hour into the hunt WMA Rogers spoon ring I think they're called and .59 cents in clad and a 1921 wheat. Ring is selling on ebay all day for about ten bucks but looks cool and my six year old loved it so a first ring of the year is found and gone maybe I'll find it again though when she looses it lmao!!!! Diggin a bunch pulltabs is always fun though. Another good day out
