Modern....I've installed the identical ground clamp numbering in the many hundreds if not a thousand on poles all over AZ....grounding telephone strand to the vertical copper ground wire on the pole. I've probably dropped a hundred from up on the pole over many years, to never be seen again....or until a detectorist comes across it, lol.
