I'm getting either the Nel Storm or the Tornado for my at pro as a birthday present (lol still can't decide on those two either!). But I was thinking of grabbing a coil for places that are ridden with trash. I was wondering if you guys have any comments or info about the sharpshooter vs the snake? Plus, if you guys have any good or negative experience with either the storm or the tornado, please, feel free to add your input about those too. It would mean a lot! Thanks again.

I recently tested both the NEL Sharpshooter and the Garrett 5x8 in terms of depth, sensitivity and separation capability on a variety of targets in soil. Although they are close in terms of performance, the edge under the established test conditions went to the Garrett 5x8. However, as I always say, my results reflect only the conditions I used, your results under different conditions may well vary.
