Going threw my junk bag that was from. Last year's metel decteing season I found this last year my guess is its a part of a old horse bit I cleaned it up removed the rust of it what do u guys think it is ? 20160419_222111_001.jpg

It's a metal ring but doesn't appear like its horse related...

Those things fool the discriminators sometimes, because, since they're a full loop, they're harder for the disc. to reject. Yes it's horse & tack related.

I find assorted iron rings at old site. We always assume that they are horse tack of one variety or another.
