What was your best find that was stuck to clay or mud on your shovel? My was this 1910-1914 "Hey Diddle Diddle" silver baby spoon. I was leaving a abandoned house in a rush and I went to band the chunk of clay of my shovel and I noticed the side outline of the spoon. I very first silver.

Nice find and I know what it's like to have a good target completely disappear when it's stuck to the shovel or hand tool. Mine was a wheatie. Don't remember what year it was from but it sure had me stumped for a while.

That's a really sweet find!

I have seen them, but never found one myself.

Nice man, nice.

I had a target disappear on me. Then I notices a pull tab was impaled on my Lesche. Mystery solved.

My foot! Just kidding...
My best clumping find was a 1895-1922 four roses tin whiskey cup. Found in my backyard with the AT Pro.

The first silver item I ever found was a silver ring in my own backyard. It gave a screaming signal before I dug; but, I couldn't find it in the hole with my pinpointer. Daylight was fading, and it took me a while to realize that the ring was stuck on the tip of my Lesche.
