Are you sure it's a coin and not a button? Diameter in mm, weight, possible metal. All these would certainly help. Calls for a look into an international coin book. TTC

I found it in Nova Scotia Canada and I found it to be an 1811 Bristol brass and copper token one pence. Thanks.
