Didn't think that lake was swimmable.

Good luck, I water hunt with an AT but wading.
I would think you would want to shorten the stem, if able.

I lived in Slidell and worked in NO for about half a year some time back, lived right on the shore of Pontchartrain off of the causeway [US 10].
Just now looked at google maps, the whole area there has changed drastically since I was there. Condo I lived in is no where in sight, replaced with man made islands packed with houses.

Everyone knows the water there is brackish, I suppose some areas more than others. You'd know better than I, post back if you find anything.

It was brackish couldn't see 6" in front of me. I think I even caught a staff infection.

I did find 2 1965 Quarters don't cha hate that.

Our water is very bracket so it was very hard to say I just found some coins 2 1965 quarters I hate those 1965s
