Here is a new one on me

While detecting in an area where a lot of people walk their dogs I got a nice coin signal right under an area of dog poop. Thinking that it was in the ground I flicked the poop away and swung again. The signal was totally gone. Thinking that the coin had been on the surface of the ground I broadened my search of the area. Again the signal appeared right under he dog poop. To make a long story short, the coin was unmistakenly embedded firmly in one of the turds. Evidently this dog had a taste for money. Lesson learned - scan the piles - you just might find something valuable

I have to ask - do you know it was a coin? Or are you just guessing?

    Some things I wouldn't do(o) for a quarter. ;-)
America was founded by tough hell-raisers. Rugged citizens who evaded taxes, spoke strongly against tyranny, grew tobacco, brewed beer, distilled spirits, and smuggled weapons. And it will be saved by those same types of citizens.

Oh yea. It was a dime. I am thinking that some dogs may have a taste for jewelry.

Every dog turd has silver under it, the dogs smell silver and it makes them poop instantly...
