User opinions on MD-5008

Anyone who actually owns or had owned a China-made MD-5008 metal detector, please let me know your experiences when using it (good AND bad).

There was a thread on the Sonda MD-5008 machine in another part of the forum, but I couldn't find a single posting that mentioned anyone actually having owned one and used it.

You mean you aren't already doing that on a regular basis? haha

I don't dig unless it is at least 4 meters deep.

Bought MD-5008 some months ago, do not reccoment it. After came to the place everithing was in pieces after 20 minutes, had to use adhesive foil and a wooden stick to keep sonda together with a detector. It simply makes me crazy, when detects a nail, it sound around in a circle of 1 meter. Can not dig a square meter for a small piece of iron. And somethime switches off on/off button, sometimes conection cable with a sonda. Had Whites before and another one and was satisfy, with MD 5008 for sure am not. Searching to order something else, with MD5008 would not return to the place.
