I just ordered the book Civil War Artifacts, a guide for the historian. I read a lot of reviews and it seems to be an excellent book for identifying Civil War relics. I do receive a lot of help from the members of T Net but i would like to be able to identify some of my own finds and actually be able to help others ID their finds. The book is supposed to arrive by tomorrow and i am anxious to receive it. This is by far the most expensive book i have ever purchased but if i learn something and it can help me identify my own relics it will be worth it.

One of the best books you can buy. I have had mine for several years well worth the money.
