There is a rubber cover that seals the end where the batteries go but there are still seames in the case, slot for arm cuff, and gap in the area where the headphones go into the case.

I've seen some covers for this area on auction and after market parts sites but have not tried one to see how well they work.

Buy a Sunray cover up, it's easier to deal with. If you have that on your explorer is rain proof.

Lol. They're not for "oldies" like us IP mate. :tongue3: They're for people who buy new machines and want to keep the top shaft scratch and mud free so they can sell it "as new" on Ebay 6 months later when they get depressed at not being suddenly rich! :laughing9: :thumbsup:
