Hey forum members.
I have just purchased a new MXT and am looking for partners in the Meridian area (@50 mile radius). I love digging in dirt, or searching underwater. I am just now returning to the hunt after years of inactivity. Let me know if any of you wants to mount an expedition. I'm ready.
I am searching for the path and camp sites of Sherman's march across the state to and through Meridian as far as the Alabama line. I would also like to find some of the Confederate camp sites in the area.

I live north of Collinsville. I have some pretty good info on Sherman's route(at least parts of it in this area). Possibly one Union campsite and one possible Confederate camp. Grandmother told me about a skirmish site years ago locally also.
