saw the beach boys today

Beach Boys are playing the prestigious Black Tie charity preview here in Detroit at the auto show ... I have been working there setting up displays for almost 2 months and they were warming up while I was working.
Security there was anal, booting out guys left and right who tried to take pics/videos, I guess most groups don't like being peeped on when warming up. Managed to take a quick clip from the side without getting caught.

That was surfin USA, fairness to them this place sucks acoustically, it is a huge atrium and a nasty echo chamber.
They played surfer girl and good vibrations during my break, those sounded pretty good to me.

I think "Beach Boys" is quite an exaggeration at this point, am pretty sure they are down to about 1 original beach boy or so.

Yea When I saw John Stamos actually Being allowed a spot on the stage with Them
was the Point I felt they were going downhill.

He just doesn't fit imo



it would be like Hiring Scott Baio for Led Zepplin or Pink Floyd
