    When this song by the LEFT BANK broke, most of the original members in the recording had quit the band.
    The keyboard player, Michael Brown, who wrote the song when he was 16, recruited Bert Sommer (Hair, Woodstock) as vocalist and Michael McKean (Lavern & Shirley, SPINAL TAP) on guitar, as replacements.
