Being mostly a land detectorist don't find much in the way of gold rings...but have to admit this one is one of my favorites...Rolls Royce long service ring...the inscription is worn off so no way of returning it.
Feel free to add your favorite gold rings to the thread...the more the merrier...lol

Re: Folks, Post up your favorite gold rings....
Great find! I can only wish.
I found my niece's gold ring. It was on my mother-in-law's front lawn, complete with hundreds of cut pieces of aluminum from work done on the siding and trim. Sorry, but no picture. That took me forever to find the ring in that mess. I was only an inch down.
Here are acouple of rings I found. The red stone ring came from a school yard, the other ring is 18 Ct. It came from an old house site, I have been told it is from the early 1900s time period.HH

Thanks....it was an amazing find. Here is the video of me finding it. You will see I am quite excited. Please subscribe to me on Youtube for some videos of my other gold finds.
I found this one on my first day out this past April with my Ace 250. It was about 7-8 inches down and gave an iffy pull tab signal. The jeweler told me it was made by Semco between 1900-1930. The stone is in perfect condition, and the 10k gold polished up nice. Best part about it, it fits me!
