little silver spoon

got my first detector a month ago. spoon was waded up in a little ball and looked like foil, wasent till i got home washed it off did i know it wasent foil at all, I now keep, wash and inspect everything i dig!

Great digs, not only can you over look silver but.... You dig anything old enough you can find a market for it. Lots of people scrap what could be very valuable relics. Never underestimate your finds, everything has a price !!
