Generally speaking a bucket lister would be a find you haven't made yet and is high on your priority list.

Depending on the person and how long they've been detecting it could be something as common for most as a wheat cent or for the veteran types a gold coin, CW belt plate or a multitude of other possible finds.

I call it a Wish List. I have my top 5, plus a couple of add on's. As you find the 'impossible' your list keeps changing.

But its very personal, so could be any find.

As has been said. "ANY FIRST"
Your first wheat penny. Your first Large Cent, Your first Indian Head Penny, etc. The Bucket List is supposed to get smaller, but then you realize, there are so many things that you haven't found, you decide to give up and throw away your metal detector. Or something.

I guess my list is totally off the charts. I have a 10.00 gold coin, I have pistols, lots of gold, lots of silver, a 1914D penny, I have WW1 bombs. I want a machine gun hopefully a Thompson.

I want to finally find a Spanish Reale from the 1700s. Been digging targets for 40-years, and I've never found one. My dream coin would be a columnarios "Piece of eight.":skullflag:
