Nice variety of finds. That 150 tag maybe a coal miners tag. They were and still are used to keep track of who's in and out of the mine. I found one by an old abandoned coal operation close to where I live, as it was a coal producing town up to the 1950s. Here's a picture of the one I found and a photo I clipped from a museum site in Price, Utah of a Tag board. I was a miner in the later 70s and we used the tag in and tag out system. Today they are using more of the RFID system to track a miner, but some mines still preferred the old tag system, because it doesn't need batteries.

Yea it's a brass tag and it could be from the mines but about every trade used them in WV back in the day. I have my dad's old brass tag from the 60's
