Colonial coins - But not here in England!

A few coins that circulated in the US. Two William Woods coins (the only ones I have) and a couple of my best George I 'Dump' issues. Also a scarce Dublin VOCE POPULI 1760 issue and the very, very corroded St Patricks coinage. The last one could have easily slipped through the net as there are so many corroded Georgian type coppers found here. All found in fields for a change. Hopefully one might come from the shore in superior condition one day (I hope!)

Absolutely amazing I keep all my coins in a display case my town was founded in 1817 so I can only dream of finding something that old. Great post thanks for sharing those . Tommy
