First Snow in Washington

At least in our area, anyways.

Went out after church this afternoon to take a few grabshots. Took one shot of the train coming at me and moved out of the way! Man, that thing was flying. Look at all the snowdust!

Unfortunately we had to cancel our evening services since the roads were getting some ice on them. My Liberty 4x4 can handle it ok with the part-time 4 wheel drive engaged but not everyone in our church has a four wheel drive.

Enjoy the pics! I'm sure it's not going to be the last snow we get.

Here are a few more, nothing fancy this time. Just trying to capture some scenes at home and around town. Apparently my dog Spike doesn't mind the snow.

We have a total of about 8-9" of snow right now and it looks like it's going to continue into next week. So much for all the hype about global warming...it's an ice age out here! lol
