THAT PLACE LOOKS GREAT , THE MARKER APPEARS TO BE A HEAD AND FOOT STONE ALIGNEING THE TORSO OF THE BODY. THE HILL SIDE WOULD HAVE BEEN HELL TO RALLY UP TOWARD WERE ARE STANDING. PICS ARE GOOD..

Pictures look awesome! I wonder how old the little shack is by the creek and the stone wall next to it. N.C. has some beautiful waterfalls all over the place. When I was stationed at Fort Bragg me and some buddies would go hiking out in the mountains all over N.C. At that time I wasn't even thinking on looking for treasure, or MDing as I did not get into it until last year.
