Great picture, cool looking bird.
Thanks Muddy Feet! He was a cool looking bird but those eyes kinda freaked me out!
He sure was wanting a sparrow for dinner and stayed on the picnic table for about 30 minutes just waiting for one.
Kind Regards~~sandcreek4

Man, those are some FANTASTIC crisp shots!!!!

So, you can't just go out and buy one, huh :D? In the last year we've started "bird watching" and my daughter loves to take pictures of them.
Glad you enjoyed the pics., Mike! Here's another one of her hawk pictures(red tail or red shouldered?)
regards, sandcreek4

I wish! No, but we can temporarily rescue. We hold a FL Wild life and a Class 3 Exotic. I rescued this adolescent Great Horned late last year in the middle of an awful storm. Crows had nearly beaten him to death. Fortunately, he was up and eating by the next afternoon and I delivered him to the proper facilities.

Hello, I have never heard of that breed of hawk before and never saw one so pretty either. His eyes are strange to
see. Some good photography there.

Thanks for sharing and would like to see more shots of whatever she has. They would be interesting to see.
