I like the spiders, the black and yellow garden spiders are one of my favorites. If you see a spider weaving a web, just stop and watch for awhile. They are amazing.

I had a beautiful big garden spider with a web right in front of my bedroom window over the flower garden. I could sneak up and watch her for several minutes at a time without disturbing her. She finally spun a big egg sack and I was anxiously watching for her babies to hatch. I saw her catch and gobble up many flies and harmful bugs in her short life. One day my oldest son came over to visit. He came in and sat down and said, "I just killed a huge spider in the flower bed"! Shure 'nuff " it was "Sharlet". I didn't say anything because he didn't know , but I missed that gal. Monty

It's fall so the spiders are coming into the house. I had a big brown wolf spider crawl right up my leg while I was programming at my computer the other day. Freaked me out. I don't usually like to kill them but that sucker had to pay for overstepping his bounds.
