Spending the afternoon at "The Sand Bar"
A friend of mine called me up and wanted to know if I was available to go out to the sand bar with his Minelab to do some underwater detecting. Heck yeah!
Well we found two bottle caps but that didn't matter. Still had a great time in the sun with friends. We're planning on going back this week when it's not as busy to try again.
The Sand Bar is a local hot spot just inside the channel enterence of Sodus Bay, depth is 3-4ft and boats anchor their all day to hang out.
The Sand Bar, Sodus Point, NY
Air temp 82 degrees
Water temp 77 degrees
Cell phone pics, not greatest quality...
