    Started off with snow this morning but it cleared up later on.

    Rginn, I saw in the Arkansas river thread you are a fan of Bierstadt's(sp?) I have seen some of his work at the cowboy Hall, Gilcrease, and I believe woolaroc has one or two also. These two photos remind me of his work. You are on the right track. That first one is kind of eerie, or haunting. But it in a good way. I think it's one of my favorites. How does one go about making a photo have a similar feel of a painting?
