Fortunately when the digging stops you're very good with your camera. Is it possible to wait till the slopes have been open a few weeks and detect the bases. I'd try it, easy digging, nothing to clean up, and who knows what you might find. Oh, and don't forget your camera :)

Your beautiful, mild, summer is almost gone, & your detecting.
Our hot, horrible, summer is almost gone, but just the start of my detecting & prowling. :icon_scratch: :dontknow:
Mosquitoes almost ran me out of the woods today, & snakes were crawling, it was hot & muggy today after a storm last night.
