Nice pics! Must be a cut throat 'cause it doesn't look like a grossbeak. I usually just get starlings and sparrows around my feeders; not much for variety but I feed them anyway.

Thanks for the comments. It's a juvenile male Rose-breasted Grosbeak. We don't see them that often, I got lucky with that shot and a few others. Thanks again.

That's a nice shot. Predominant birds around here are ravens and magpies, so it's nice to see somethin different.

I would only get to see the Rose Breasted once a year and they would feed most of the day and continue the journey. We had the common Gross Beaks all the time. I had to get 100 pounds of feed a week because I had an assortment of seed eaters. That didn't feed the insect and beef fat eaters. They had another table. Thanks for showing yours. Gnewt.

I agree a juvenile and a downy. They must nest in your area. I like others have them pass thru for a brief time. I love my feeders and my cat loves them more. Nice pictures for sure.
