Todays hike

Here are pics from my hike today. The weather was a bit crappy at first. It actually down poured on me. But by the time I packed up and left the sun was coming out. Its crazy how fast weather can turn around here. Within an hours time it can go from pouring hard to sunny and almost no clouds.

Jungle pics:

I thought this vine looked cool. Looks just like a rope.

Once it started to pour down on me I hiked deeper in the jungle towards the cliff where there are a bunch of caves and over hangs to get out of the rain.

Wild papaya tree: These trees are like magnets for wild pigs.

Pandanus Tree:

Pandanus Fruit: Each "spike" has a nut in the center. Really good eating.

Evidence of a poacher:

Butterfly season is here! There were literaly thousands.....

There are also hundreds of spiders: And almost every spider web had a butterfly.

Heading out to the beach: The suns finally coming out.....

Are you stationed there? Live there? I'm next door, South Korea. Been here just a little bit after dirt was created.
Do my work/home/treasure hunting in the great country of South Korea.....but, I must say, you got a little bit of
heat that we need here right now......brrrrrrr it has been/is cold. Didn't break freezing today.
