very cool!Wasn't that much of a fan of those birds but they are smart and it's cool that they are capable of connecting with us.

Had this male grosbeak feeding at my window every day a while back. Eventually I opened up the window and put a small plank from the sill to my desk, and scattered some seeds on the plank. The bird eventually began feeding on my computer desk every day while I worked. Started to hand feed him after a couple of days.Pretty cool experience.

I feed some crows, they're very sweet. In the spring when they return they sit on the railing and bounce up and down until they see me and then start yelling when they see me so I know they're 'my' crows.

However they've never left me anything I'd consider a 'treasure', like a pearlized heart or a gold earring or anything. More like beer bottle caps, fast food wrappers, and bits of road kill. They have me pegged as a redneck, I guess. :D
