Nice Pics Chris! Like that wasp thing on the Katydid. Others are cool too.
I have that problem with red flowers myself. Took some pics of my mom's roses awhile back, and don't know why, but never could get them to look as nice as they really are.

I hope you don't mind but I did a little editing on your Hibiscus picture to tone it down. I really like all of the shots .
