I just am not able to capture this red as the eye sees it.

They are intense..pics are too intense.

Nice Pics Chris! Like that wasp thing on the Katydid. Others are cool too.
I have that problem with red flowers myself. Took some pics of my mom's roses awhile back, and don't know why, but never could get them to look as nice as they really are.
