Pretty! Should see some more like it as summer goes in to fire season. I was in western Wyoming and central east Utah last week and was hoping I'd see some of the effects of the fires from the forest fires going on in California and Washington. Looks like the winds are taking the smoke from those more to the southwest from how it looks in your picture.
I agree, one can never enough beautiful sunsets in their lives. This shot is from November 11th last fall our Remembrance Day when we had a high of 72F outside that day and it was nice to see the old Vets not shivering outside during the ceremonies. At the end of the day we were gifted with this beautiful sunset, even the locals were driving down to the water in front of the house to get a picture of this amazing sky.
Some I've seen 1st sunset casting light on the Bookcliff range over Grand Junction.. 2nd a sunrise sorry! not sunset, from the back yard.. 3rd sunset on a hot, hot evening coming in to Salt Lake City from Nevada one time. Hope to see some more from others there Kat. Thanks for what may be a popular thread.
